Founded by Kyle R. Marinier, P.Eng., PMP, MBA, First-Out Technical provides engineering consulting, project management, and troubleshooting services for power generation and industrial operations. With over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 MW of combined direct plant management across coal, natural gas, hydro, and cogeneration facilities, the firm brings deep operational knowledge to every engagement.
