First-Out Technical is pleased to announce that Kyle Marinier, P.Eng. is now approved with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), effective March 12, 2026.
This approval was obtained through inter-provincial mobility — a framework that allows professional engineers licensed in one Canadian province to practice in another, reflecting national standards of competence and professional accountability.
What This Means for Our Clients
With APEGA approval, First-Out Technical can now provide professional engineering services to clients in Alberta — one of Canada largest markets for power generation, oil and gas, mining, and heavy industrial operations. Combined with our existing APEGS authorization in Saskatchewan, this positions First-Out Technical to serve clients across Western Canada.
